Our client was indicted in 2019 in McDowell County Superior Court with the felonies of Discharging a Firearm from Within an Enclosure and Possession of Firearm By Convicted Felon. Mr. Webster filed a Motion To Suppress evidence in connection with the statements that our client made about the case to the arresting officer. The Motion was heard and argued in McDowell County Superior Court and the judge granted the Motion and all the client's charges were dismissed.
