Judge Dismisses Driving While Impaired Charge After Officer's Testimony
April 2019
Our client was charged in Burke County with Driving While Impaired after refusing to blow in the machine that officers use to measure blood alcohol content, and then having his blood drawn which showed his blood alcohol content was .236, which is almost three times the legal limit. After the officer testified at trial, Mr. Webster was able to convince the judge that the officer that stopped our client's vehicle did not follow the law and therefore the charge was dismissed.
