Our client was indicted in 2019 in Catawba County Superior Court for Possession of Firearm By Felon and Felony Maintaining or Keeping a Dwelling for Controlled Substances. Mr. Webster filed a Motion To Suppress the search of the client's home and based upon the merits of the Motion, the Assistant District Attorney dismissed the charges in December of 2021.
